PREREQUISITES FOR ENTRY | Must be able to swim 25 meters of the pool demonstrating freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly staying horizontal from the head to the feet. |
DESCRIPTION | The focus of this group is to refine and continue to develop the swimmer’s skills. Conditioning, endurance training, and racing is the focus of Senior level swimming. Swimmers generally compete in local "BRW" level swim meets and travel out of the region. Swimmers are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions offered each week. Skills are still being developed to advance to the next level. The next progression is based on achievement (Senior Blue). |
PREREQUISITES AND PROTOCOLS FOR PROMOTION | Promotion to SENIOR BLUE will be offered on June 1 of their in-going freshman year in high school. Swimmers may be eligible for Senior Blue if they:

FUNDRAISING | All Senior White families are required to complete 15 hours of volunteer duties per year.
